FD-UK was started in 2002 and is based in London W6.  It is a sole-partner Chartered Accountancy firm (registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, "ICAEW"), owned and led by Jonathan Wilkes.

Jonathan Wilkes ACA, BSc. Hons.     -     Director

Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1993 with Price Waterhouse (now PWC). He then spent 8 years as a finance director in media companies, including 3 years as the FD of an AIM-listed international film and TV distribution company, before setting up FDUK in 2002.

Through FDUK, Jonathan has acted for numerous companies in media, property and technology.  He has helped clients raise funds and achieve IPOs - leading the listing of a technology company client on AIM and another on the Frankfurt Open Market. He also acted for 4 years for an FSA-authorised property fund manager, having the roles of FD and Compliance Officer.
